Forrest Personnel – Manjimup deliver Disability Employment Services (DES) and NDIS, along with a range of support services. We offer a suite of services designed to assist you and maximise your skills and abilities to find a job that suits you.
Our Manjimup team of employment consultants can work with you to match your abilities with available jobs that are meaningful, suitable and sustainable.

Your DES Provider from Start to Finish
Once you’ve found a great job that you’re happy with, our team will continue supporting you as you start working, particularly throughout the first six months.
If you need a bit more help, a trained Disability Employment Consultant will even come to work with you – as you settle in – so that you’re comfortable with the tasks and new environment.
Throughout your employment journey with us, you’ll have access to your very own consultant to keep things familiar and consistent.
And, if you have high support needs, we can provide you and your employer with ongoing job support to ensure that your new career path is successful, long-lasting and mutually beneficial.
FREE Disability Employment Services
Forrest Personnel’s Manjimup disability employment services are FREE to all those who are eligible in Australia.
Check your Eligibility
You may be eligible for our FREE services If you have a health condition (including mental illness), permanent disability or injury and are not currently studying full-time or linked to another Employment Provider.
All we need is evidence of your condition from a Health Professional, e.g. doctor, psychologist or treating specialist, before we can provide assistance. For more information, contact the Manjimup team on 1800 224 548.

NDIS Services – Manjimup
School Leaver Employment Supports
Forrest Personnel is a Registered NDIS provider of School Leaver Employment Supports or SLES.
Our Manjimup SLES Mentors promote opportunities for sustainable long-term employment for young people with disabilities. As well as developing job skills and building the confidence and aspirations of young people, our SLES Mentors can also work with your school to build pathways for young people with disabilities between school and work.

As a Manjimup NDIS Provider, Forrest Personnel Mentors promote opportunities for sustainable long-term employment for people with disabilities.

This information is used to find a work pathway that best suits you.
- Job creation
This stage uses information from the Discovery stage to create a job that suits you. This could be a job created with an employer, or it could be self-employment in a microenterprise.
NDIS Social Community Participation
This support enables you to take on an active role in your local community, empowering you to pursue your goals. Forrest Personnel Mentors can support you to make meaningful opportunities relating to participating in community, social or recreational activities.
